In our recent Foreword Online survey, we gained some great feedback from our readers. As a result, we decided to update our look to make it even more user-friendly.
At the top of the page, you'll find a navigation bar that lets you easily visit all of our pages, including our monthly Marketing Plans, Online Calendar, past editions of the Digital Foreword, and a Contact Us page for any questions you may have.
We've added a new featured section at the top of the page that let's you quickly explore what's new on the site, too. It's an easy way to see the monthly Marketing Plan and the most relevant article of the week at a glance. In this same section, you can also subscribe to our weekly summary email, which sends a recap of the past week's content each Monday, as well as submit an idea to be featured on Foreword Online.
Rather than display full articles on the main page, you'll notice that each is instead collapsed with only a brief summary visible. This simplifies the scanning experience, so you can locate the content you want to read with less effort. Just click on the title or the 'Read More' button to view the full article.
Across from our logo at the top of the page, there's a handy search bar for accessing specific content. For instance, if your store needs new end-of-the-year event ideas, you might type in "buyback" or "in-store event" to see how others have achieved success.
Not sure what you're looking for? No problem! Try scrolling down to the Browse Categories section on the right side of the page. Here, you can narrow down the content by topic, such as stories from other college stores, social media articles, retail trends and more.
