"At MBS, we live diversity," says **CEO Bob Pugh**, noting people from 26 different nations work here. "Does it make a difference? I say 'yes.' Each of us has a story to tell: where we were born, what our parents did, how we ended up in Columbia, Mo. and came to work at MBS. Every time I listen to someone's story, I learn something, and am better off for it." ![The diversity wheel in the warehouse mezzanine is a testament to the diversity at MBS.](https://foreword.mbsbooks.com/hs-fs/file-3625808812-jpg/blog-files/img_wheel-of-diversity.jpg?width=288&height=192&name=img_wheel-of-diversity.jpg) The diversity wheel in the warehouse mezzanine is a testament to the diversity at MBS. In addition to their recognition from the company, they were also recognized by the community in our local newspaper. We're all proud of our coworkers who came to this country and put their hard work and dedication into their jobs and their journeys to become citizens. Congratulations, everyone!
