2022 system enhancements
Last year, the MBS system had multiple updates to provide our partners with enhanced tools to streamline operations and improve the customer experience. Watch the video to learn about our system features that save college stores time, improve customer relationship management and marketing, and strengthen eCommerce sites.
In 2022, we also added Arc Report Builder to the wide array of business intelligence tools available to college stores. This tool helps stores easily create and customize reports to their exact specifications. The tool provides elevated reporting and analysis of key data points, uses pre-set parameters, and allows stores to easily customize their data analysis in the ways that work best for their goals.
Additionally, customers also benefited from mobile order processing updates as well as POS updates to further improve EMV, PIN pads and receipt options.
