At the beginning of term, a lot can happen: late adoptions can come in, changes to adoptions, you could run low on books, etc. MBS provides a simple solution for college stores that need to order and receive books fast. Simply place an ASAP order, and we will ship the textbooks as soon as possible.
An ASAP order is an order that will ship the next business day. Place your order through the MBS system or MBS Service Center, and your wantlist will be compared against a snapshot of our inventory when the order is placed. We will compile the books we have available and ship them to you within 24 hours or the next business day.
For a broader comparison against MBS’ inventory, stores may select to do a short bin-and-hold order. A bin-and-hold order can be as short as one day. During this time, your order can be reworked multiple times against our inventory (don’t forget to request reworks!) and more books added into your bin as they become available. You can also update your wantlist and/or quantities as necessary. At the end of the bin-and-hold timeframe, you will receive your consolidated order in one shipment for easy processing.

Ordering is easy with MBS. Place your order as you usually would from MBS and request ASAP. If you do not have the MBS system, submit your wantlist through Realtime Ordering in MBS Service Center. To request reworks and set up a schedule:
